Role Summary/Purpose

The Advanced Digital Finance Analyst will work on Projects linked to ERP implementations, financial systems aspects of the divestiture and more in general to digitization of the Finance function within the Water & Process Technologies business.
Essential Responsibilities

The Advanced Digital Finance Analyst will design processes and system modifications which are aligned to the GE Enterprise Standards and the financial requirements for controllership and management reporting

As the Advanced Digital Finance Analyst, you will:

·  Collaborate with management in developing technical & functional directions, setting objectives on solution to mitigate any operational or financial reporting risk

·  Identify key functional resources required for implementation of the enterprise plan and define path to meet aggressive timeline

·  Lead and develop analytics to support implementation include cutover reconciliation, process mapping, and documentation

·  Manage the local leads while leading the functional design, development and maintenance of SAP application modules (FI, CO) for business processes within established standards & documentation guidelines

·  Prepare user requirement documentation including current and proposed processes, functional specs, business/system interfaces and data flows between ERP systems and BI tools

·  Lead and develop standard finance process methodology within SAP structure using standard functionality

·  Apply LEAN methodologies to identify issues and inefficiencies related to the global finance hierarchy maintenance processes in the current financial & reporting systems and define a roadmap to drive system resolution

·  Acquire resources and coordinate the efforts of team members and consultants while leading segments of the projects

·  Communicate project expectations to team members and prepare for leadership engagement reviews
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college or university

·  Very strong experience in a finance role, preferably controllership or auditing

·  PC proficiency, SAP experience is preferred

·  Fluent English

·  Ability and willingness to travel when required (20% of the time)
