Role Summary/Purpose

To provide professional & proactive HR administration support to the GE businesses in Poland as part of the Employee Services HR team in Europe.
Essential Responsibilities

HR T&A Administration (90%)

·  Work closely with 3rd party payroll provider to ensure systems are correctly set up
·  Deal with all customer T&A enquiries in a professional, courteous & timely manner
·  Consistently follow defined HR processes, challenging steps that may not make sense / add value
·  Maintain (verify, enter data to T&A system, return to employee if correction needed, archive) employee time & attendance documentation (sick leaves, special leaves, overtime, childcare leave etc) in accordance with local labor legislation & Data Privacy regulations
·  Maintain internal time & attendance system – data entry & update, customer query support, adviser for the users
·  Manage HR document circulation in an appropriate and controlled manner
·  Processing of e-forms including verification, data entry and passing information to appropriate teams
·  Support in other HR administrative tasks if needed (around documentation, data entry, verification)
Ensure that high standards of accuracy and quality are maintained with appropriate controls in place, taking accountability for compliance with relevant legal and GE policy requirements  HR Partnership (10%)

·   Develop a strong working relationship with the GE HR community through timely and accurate administration of T&A processes, ensuring effective communication and early identification of requirements & any service issues
·   Proactively telephone HR partners & customers to ensure timely resolution of transactions
·   Actively seek customer feedback & use it to improve our service offering
·   Deliver on commitments, manage expectations & keep customers informed on progress – taking clear accountability and ownership throughout the process
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Success in a highly professional Customer Operations or T&A Administration role, ideally within a multi-national organisation
·  Experience of working in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment
·  Ability to prioritize multiple tasks & work to deadlines
·  Comfortable delivering against quantitative and qualitative performance metrics
·   Excellent attention to detail
·  Proven ability to work professionally & proactively with a remote client base
·   Fluency in local language and English, with polite, professional communication skills
·   Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges
·   Strong IT skills including Excel, Word
·   Confidentiality & controllership mindset
·   Supportive and enthusiastic team player
