Role Summary/Purpose

The Huntsville Facility Administrative Assistant will be responsible for defined work on projects with moderate complexity. In the Administrative Assistant role, you will follow an individual work place, meet day-to-day short term objectives, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning. You will also be involved in outside plant-wide administrative functions.
Essential Responsibilities

In addition, as the Administrative Assistant, you will:

·  Provide office administrative support to the Huntsville site

·  Provide assistance in answering general phone calls
·  Directing calls to the appropriate person / department
·  and Updating the phone systems as needed

·  Act as the Huntsville host to all visitors
·  Greet them
·  Provide assistance
·  and Information on logistics of stay

·  Perform wide variety of administrative support activities, which require the handling of business-sensitive and confidential information for the site functional operations

·  Be responsible for the Huntsville office mail collection and distribution

·  Develop presentations, agendas, correspondence (emails) and memorandum for a variety of internal and external population using the Microsoft toolkit for site employees

·  Be responsible for the establishment of meeting and agenda priorities
·  Travel schedules and staff meetings within a very dynamic and ever-changing environment

·  Work with external and internal customers on meeting agendas and events planning

·  Serve as focal for purchase of supplies and equipment

·  Assist with interviews
·  Recommend for hire
·  and Train new administrative personnel

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Associates Degree from an accredited College or University (Or a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the administrative field)

·  Minimum of 1 year administrative support experience

·  Prior experience with KRONOS or other payroll systems

·  Self-motivated individual with the proven ability to handle multiple tasks

·  Ability to work with minimal supervision

·  Organized & maintains records in a well-organized manner

·  Excellent attendance & punctuality history

·  Business acumen & ability to meet budgetary requirements
