Essential Responsibilities

- Prepare expense booking and any ad hoc adjustment required by manager, meeting monthly closing timeline with high quality
- Drive monthly accounting closing process; ensure that accounting documents, systems and procedures are in compliance with company policies and accounting practices. Ensure 100% meet GE Corp close/reporting deadlines
- Responsible for all subsidiary/regional financial statements in meeting both U.S. GAAP and local accounting principles; Ensure timely filing of local legal financial statements
- Finish account reconciliation on Monthly or Quarterly basis
- Be focal contact, actively communicate with business and solve inquiries.
- Assist Account Manager for internal and external financial audits
- Assist Account Manager to finish assigned project
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned

Desired profile

Qualifications/Requirements

- University graduate with major in finance or accounting
- Fluent in English, both written and speaking
- Good at Microsoft Office skill, including excel and power point
- Oracle experience is a plus.
- Good team player, could work under pressure and self-motivated
