Role Summary/Purpose
The 3rd Shift Production Supervisor performs the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line, including Service Shops. This requires mastery of a body of theoretical knowledge, with a developed and strong foundation of function skills and knowledge of relevant technologies.
Essential Responsibilities
As the 3rd Shift Production Supervisor, you will:
· Provide oversight and management of front-line manufacturing employees (typically managing hourly employee populations)
· Develop new solutions under guidance / in a team setting and/or based upon precedents within the organization
· Lead analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches / methods
· Specify needs, communicate project approach and present outcomes of research done
· Work together with business leadership at SPB and EB level
· Deliver products as part of a team
· Work on cross functional teams
Qualifications/Requirements
· Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Manufacturing
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in Production Supervision
