Essential Functions

• Recruitment : open vacancies in our HR Vacancy tool – follow up and metrics
• Staffing of internships and apprentices
o Attend to some fairs
o Select candidates with the manager
• Training plan for the site : follow up
• ISO certification (internal audit mid January 17, ISO certification beginning of May)
o Follow up on the development plan implementation through Performance Development
o Competencies matrix deployment
• HR analytics
• Labor law: prepare and assist to some negotiation of collective agreements

Basic Qualifications:

BAC + 5

• Ideally, labor law background

Desired:
• Demonstrated strong interest in learning HR generalist role, and team working
• Strong oral and written communication skills, English mandatory
• Strong interpersonal and facilitating skills
• Interface effectively with all levels of the organization
