As Telecom Card Business Efficiency team in La Ciotat we are responsible to manage/improve the process from customer requirements to first product production validation.

With the process, we need to systematically follow results of our team to verify process is safe, but also well followed. We manage this through monthly metrics production. These metrics are based on internal data available on database and calculation method defined to follow our process stability internally but also with our external interface.

This data extraction and crunching is almost fully automatized using corporate tools and team tools.

Your mission will be to improve/update an existing team tool which crunch the data in order to fully automatize our metrics.

This internship is a mini-project management.

You will Identify and analyze requirements from our team in order to split the needed tasks in order to address the right interface:

our IT department (if required)

and define the modifications needed on our team tool.

Second step will be to implement the modification of team tool and launch IT request (if needed)

Third step will be to define Validation Test Plan of IT delivery and your delivery.

Profil recherché

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree + 2 years in Computer Science

We are looking for someone:

• with knowledge in development: C++, SQL/MySQL, HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT

• interested in mini-project management discovery
