PLM Functional Analyst

The internship will take place in the Gemalto Worldwide Information Solution and Services Department and more specifically in the Business Services Delivery team called PDM team (Product Data Management). This team is responsible for delivering projects on the PLM scope (Product Lifecycle Management) for all Gemalto entities, worldwide.

In the context of a new company acquisition (Safenet in the US), your mission will consist in contributing to the Integration and Migration Project of this new company into the Gemalto Core PLM software (PTC Windchill 10).

In detail, the mission consists in:

· Developing your skills on the overall PLM business processes which are implemented at Core Gemalto level

· Identifying and understanding Safenet business processes specificities on PLM

· Creating and updating training materials in order to perform efficient Change Management to the Safenet business end users

· Developing your skills on PTC Windchill standard configuration

· Being responsible for the delivery of some Change Requests through standard configuration of the PLM software

· Being responsible for the follow-up of development for Change requests that needs to be implemented through custom developments (specifications, functional support to developer, component testing)

· Being responsible for solving defects raised by business end users

Profil recherché

Qualifications :

To succeed in this internship, you must have solid communication and presentation skills.

It would be preferred if you have an education background in IT which provided you a good understanding of an information system.

We would like someone to join our team who is pro-active, responsive and flexible, who takes initiative and who is self-motivated and reliable.

A very good English level is a must have.
