Job description
Currently we are looking for HR Business Partner located in growing company in Tczew, you will proactively and closely cooperate with HR Manager and with management for a determined perimeter in terms of recruitment, compensation and benefits, mobility (national and international), career development, communication, satisfaction.
A week in the life of HR Business Partner
Ø Forecasting, budgeting, & headcount follow-up
Ø Challenge and support line management from his/ her area of responsibility in line with the HR strategy and vision
Ø Influence and drive business strategy in HR area in line with the vision of the business
Ø Act as an HR Business Partner support to designated business areas for managers/ employees by providing professional advice and expertise and cost-effective solutions
Ø Support managers and leaders in all strategic HR aspects , especially in the area of organization design, rightsizing, resource planning, performance & talent management, reward & recognition practices
Ø Support managers and leaders in all labor law aspects
Ø Support the process in defining talent pipeline and succession planning needs ensuring the business continues to identify, develop internal talent
Ø Support design and implementation of the Employee Engagement strategy by working closely with the management
Ø Develop communication channels among managers, leaders and employees
Ø Manage HR projects in alignment with current business requirements
Ø Implementation of global HR processes, tools and policies and support in their application
Ø Searching and implementing Best Practices in the human resources field
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Ø University degree – Higher
Ø Min. 5 years of work in HR in international company ( including min. 1 year as BP)
Ø Understanding of the business context and the ability to move in an international environment
Ø Experience in driving change
Ø Knowledge and practical experience of delivering strategies around areas such as succession planning, talent management, engagement, retention and productivity
Ø Knowledge of Polish labor law and uses it in a practice
Ø Experience in building quick rapport with anyone
Ø Good organization and coordination skill
Ø Strong analytical and problem solving ability
Ø Result driven, open mind
Ø Autonomous & pro-active
Ø Problem solving, initiative and a desire for challenges
Ø Knowledge of Polish Labor Law
Ø Very good Polish & English
Ø Negotiation skills
