Job description
· Support Engineer handles problems which are new, and / or highly complex; on Strong Authentication Solutions
· Isolates & reproduces problem to product or component;
· He finds solution or workaround;
· He escalates the problems to GEMALTO or third party R&D. in case of very complex or bugs.
· He owns and drives the technical interface with customer from identification of his requirements, management of his support requests with L2 - L3 team and Product Management.
· He maintains and improves the level of services requested by contract.
· He informs and updates customer under contract about product line portfolio and product upgrades.
· He gives customer feedback to marketing in order to improve our product portfolio .
· He will be focused on Strong Authentication Solutions
Desired profile
Qualifications :
-Strong technical background in banking, security and interfaces (Software and Hardware) such as :
-Strong Authentication solutions based One time Password algorithms
-Authentication solutions based on Public Key Infrastructures and certificate
-Authentication solutions based on biometrics features.-Microsoft security solutions (CryptoAPI, ILM, CLM, .Net).
-Client-Server architectures
-Citrix environment
-MAC OS Security architecture
-At least 3 years working experience in smart card or smart card application or security software applications.
