Poste et missions:
As a sourcer talent acquisition specialist in the EMEA Talent acquisition team, you will provide a recruitment support and play a key role in contributing to the success of the talent acquisition process in a growing and dynamic company.
You will report directly to the EMEA Talent Acquisition Manager and support the recruitment activity for all the Gemalto Business Units for Europe Middle East and Africa area.
- You will conduct passive search for suitable CVs on various jobboards/network and matching these profiles with the needs requested by the hiring managers
- You will process incoming CVs and active candidates profiles
- You will prepare or review job ads and process applications
- You will conduct pre-screening phone call interviews
- You will identify and make proper qualification of potential candidates
- You will interface directly with recruiters, hiring business managers and HR Manager all over Europe Middle east and Africa
- You will ensure weekly update to the EMEA Talent Acquisition Managers
- You will ensure bi weekly regular update to each HR VP
- You will support the EMEA Talent Acquisition managers on reporting, management of the database and accuracy of the recruitment tool
- You will support the EMEA Talent Acquisition managers on the “University relationships Ambassadors” Program
Profil:
You need to have a master degree (or equilavelt in Human Resources or Business Administration)
We would appreciate if you had a previous experience in recruitment of engineers
We would like someone to join our team who is dynamic, rigorous, goal-oriented, and autonomous with excellent communication skills.
You need to be fluent in French and English. A third European language (Spanish, German or Italian) would be a plus
We are looking for someone with 1 to 3 years’ experience in recruitment
