Your responsibilities:
Fujitsu is delivering IT End User Services to a major European Bank in Luxembourg. In order to support its activity at customer premises, Fujitsu is looking to hire a Project Management Officer (PMO). You will provide the following services to our client’s Project Delivery Team:
- Coordinate project tasks to assure their timely completion
- Provide support in producing documents for the Project Meetings and Steering Committees
- Prepare presentations and dashboards
- Provide support in the preparation of templates and reporting
- Consolidate the statuses of different projects and operational activities
- Collect timesheets from the team
- Prepare Service Level Agreement (SLA) reports
- Prepare invoices based on timesheets and SLA reports
- Support the Service Delivery Management team in developing and evolving support tools
- Support Fujitsu sourcing team in staffing activities related to our customer (organize interviews, follow up the hiring process for new projects or staff replacement)
- Prepare formal answers to our customer’ requests
Your profile:
- Master's degree in computer science, information technology or another relevant field of study
- Very good knowledge in Project management principles (experience is not mandatory)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Experience with Microsoft Project and / or R is an asset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
