Job Description:
The successful candidate will ensure the description of the users’ needs by defining the “why” of the project and the changes wished for the future information system. He/she will be able to define the functional solution by describing the software solution according to the scope statement. The IT Project Management support will have both functional and computer skills. His/her mission is to coordinate IT projects and developments in his/her field of application, to participate in the choice and implementation of IT solutions, to ensure budget compliance, to supervise and to facilitate project teams, to be the privileged interlocutor of the various service managers concerned by his/her field of application.
Main tasks/responsibilities:
- Facilitates the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
- Collects, understands and assesses the business needs
- Participates in the implementation of IT solution and its integration within the company
- Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project(s)
- Communicates on the progress of the project and especially needs to warn about the risks of extending deadlines, costs, internal costs, technical non-compliance in order to decide with his/her N+1 hierarchy and client the actions to be implemented (arbitration, budget overruns, re-allocation of resources, re-allocation of resources).
