You will join the Fresh Produce Division of Agrial, that includes the production, packaging and marketing of fresh vegetables and fruit. Based on strong brands like Florette, Priméale and Créaline, the Fresh Produce Division of Agrial has locations in a dozen of countries in Europe and is a major player in fresh vegetables in these markets. You will join the HR Development Team and report to the Internal Communication & Employer Branding Manager. You will spread the corporate culture to our 13000 worldwide employees.

In your day to day role you will be:
- Managing the translation of the communication media in multiple langages (French, English, Dutch, Spanish, German)
- Leading some projects in link with our communication suppliers (printer, communications agency, translation agency…)
- Following the statistics about the performance of our communication media
- Creating visual and audiovisual communication tools
- Planning the implementation of a communication action
- Realize some PR actions
- Writing the content of communications

You will be also involved in some projects about employer branding (onboarding sessions, community management…).

Profil recherché

What are we looking for ?

The ideal candidate will:
• Be an undergraduate/postgraduate ideally in Communication.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Have the ability to work as part of a team.
• Be adaptable and curious.
• Be competent in MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• A positive, can-do attitude
• Be fluent in French, a good level in a 3rd language would be helpful (Spanish, German or Dutch)
