ABOUT US

A couple of years ago our founder had a bad experience at work. He left his company and made it his mission to help others find their calling at work. He went to The University of Manchester and developed a value assessment that led to the inception of Flock. Today, it is helping teams to be happier at work.

Flock is a Manchester-based startup. It was set up in 2018. In April 2019, we’ve expanded to Lisbon. Flock helps companies to create more engaged and more productive teams. We do it by providing a culture fit assessments to identify the best approach when working as a team. We are a new startup and currently providing recruitment assessments, internal culture assessments and we are in the process of developing an AI-driven software that measures team collaboration in real-time based on internal communicating patterns on Slack.

YOUR ROLE

We are looking to recruit a confident and proactive marketing intern based in the Tech Incubator, Manchester. This will be a part-time start with potential to go full-time role (dependent on performance) with flexible hours. It is an exciting time to join our company and be a part of our leadership team as we are continuing to grow the business in the UK and Europe. Previous experience in marketing is preferred but not essential, however, strong communication skills are needed.

YOU WILL
• Actively seek opportunities to partake in that will expand our reach - gaining new contracts.
• Help with Manchester expansion.
• Help manage social media pages/website.
• Bring new ideas to the company.
• Produce landing pages
• Occasionally write content (blog posts etc.)
