Technical writing project manager H/F

Finance Active is looking for an experienced Technical writing and translator project manager to manage all the translation aspects for its solutions. With the objective to double the revenue and encourage international development, the internationalisation and documentation of the platforms is a fundamental aspect.
Technical writing (70%)

* Define, structure and write all the documentation of the solutions developed by Finance Active, both in English and in French (concepts presentation, user guides…)
* Define the processes and help the development teams to produce and maintain the technical documentation and the related tools
* Work in collaboration with the support team to constitute and maintain the knowledge bases of Finance Active applications
* Help Finance Active's clients and partner in using the documentation and working on specific projects implying technical writing.



Translation project manager (30%)

* Ensure quality of languages directly provided by Finance Active (French and English)
* Find and manage contractors to translate into other languages (Italian, Spanish, German and Portuguese)
* Manage the different translation tools used by Finance Active and handle support towards the different users (clients and partner)
* Interact with development teams to structure the processes related to the internationalisation in the development phases
* Implement and follow-up the translation processes with the relevant stakeholders (contractors, clients, internal resources) regarding the contexts for the different languages

Profil recherché

* Fluency in both English and French, Spanish is a plus
* Master degree in foreign languages with a technical writing specialization
* Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with all levels of internal and external personnel in both written and verbal communication
* Synthesis and analysis skills
* Able to work on multiple projects in parallel
* Knowledge of Financial Industry is a plus}
