Our Faurecia Clean Mobility Business Group
- Europe Division is looking for a VIE Logistics FES Engineer & Special Projects m/f for its Just in Time plant in Heilbronn
- Germany .
The main missions of the role are:
Ensure plant implementation of PC&L (Production Control & Logistics) methods and tools, e.g. implement E-Kanban, implement flows for launches.
Provide plant with standards: Material Information Flow Analysis (MIFA), empties management system, standardized work documents including changeover, change over analysis, etc.
Manage the pre-series Logistics in the plant.
Support the Logistics / Manufacturing Engineering in setting up the means to achieve the action plan and ensure results, e.g. Layout planning / adaption of production and logistic. Calculation of warehouse sizing of raw material and finished goods.
Support and co-ordinate implementation of improvement activities related to production / logistic processes and coach plant employees when necessary and carry out progress workshops in accordance with the plant Management Team.
Lead special projects for new products to implement new concepts (based on program / plant needs) .
Support Logistic & Engineering operations on a daily basis, e.g.g. stock accuracy management and Bill of Material audit, reporting
This VIE mission will start as soon as possible and will last 24 months.

The ideal candidate will have/be:
Master's degree in engineering / logistics
First experience in production/logistics in an industrial environment
International mind set, international experience a plus
German knowledge (minimum B1 level), fluent in English.
