The VIE Program of Faurecia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world!

Your position and environment?
Our Faurecia Interior Systems Business Group – Europe Division is looking for you as a VIE Launch Analyst m/f for our Site in Mlada Boleslav, Czech Republic.
Your role and responsibilities?
Your main missions will be to
Consolidate Launch data (Launch Book, Launch KPI) and prepare weekly/monthly reporting
Liaise with all regions to ensure Launch information are shared according to the Faurecia Interior System (FIS) rules (timing & quality of data)
Continue the deployment & the improvement of the digitalization of the launch books in our software PALM
Improve the way to collect and the reliability of data (improve systems & filtering)
Prepare & develop (if possible) Faurecia Interior System (FIS) tools to be part of digital enterprise (Visual KPIs, Visual launch room, etc…)
Manage the launch share place & outlook address
Help desk for users in launches
The mission will last 12 months.
Who are you?
Engineering degree
Manufacturing (mechanical, ...): basic knowledge of the FIS processes (injection, etc..)
Fluent in English (absolutely necessary)
Easy to communicate by phone in English & able to clearly express him/herself
Other languages will be appreciated
At ease with Excel (absolutely necessary), outlook, share places, etc..
Good written & presentation skills
Autonomous & rigorous
