Our Faurecia Automotive Seating Business Group – Mechanism Division is looking for a VIE Manufacturing Engineer (Technologist) for its site in Grójec, Poland.
The main missions are:
Create periodic reports on implementation of installation schedules (commissioning)
Performance analysis, development of improvement positions and balance of production lines
Prepare a detailed schedule for the implementation of new products, installation conditions and supervision over their implementation
Create periodic reports on the implementation of the commissioning and installation schedules
Create and supervise, as well as introduce changes to the documentation of the technological process
FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) of the product process
Prepare the technical assumptions of production lines
Reconcile the layout of the machines
Prepare of technical documentation of machines and instructions
Supervise the documentation
Develop technical requirements for machines / lines (CDC)
Participate in the continuous improvement of production processes
Cooperate with Logistics, Production Departments, Purchases, Quality Control
The length of the VIE is 12 months.

The ideal candidate will have/be:
Master’s degree in Engineering
Good communication skills and ability to adapt in a multicultural environment
Fluent in English, Polish is a plus
Good knowledge of AutoCAD or other design-supporting programGood knowledge of AutoCAD or other design-supporting
Good knowledge of the MS Office package, especially Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
