- Europe Division is looking for a VIE Production Control & Logistics (PC&L) Improvement Coordinator m/f for its site in Pilsen, CZ.

The role of PC&L Improvement Coordinator, in the context of the deployment of the Faurecia Excellence System (FES), is to drive the implementation of PC&L tools and methodologies within a plant.
The main missions of the role are:
Within the framework of FES deployment, drive the implementation PC&L tools and methodologies within a plant
Ensure plant implementation of PC&L methods and tools
Provide plant with PC&L standards: MIFA (Material and Information and Flow Analysis), Milk run, levelling…
With the plant PC&L manager and the division PC&L manager, define half-yearly PC&L deployment objectives and build up an action plan
Set up the means to achieve the action plan and ensure results
Communicate improvement initiatives: train and coach plant employees when necessary and carry out profess workshops in accordance with the plant PC&L Manager
Support management in the implementation of PC&L tools
Provide technical support to other functions
Propose, in coordination with the PSE (Production System Efficiency) coordinator, visual management system in a way to improve reactivity in case of problems
Identify and implement best practices
Ensure Know-how capitalization and check that standard forms are used
The length of the VIE is 12 months (possibility to extend 12 more months for a total duration of 24 months).

The ideal candidate will have/be:
Master's degree in logistics
First Experience in production in an industrial environment
Excellent communication (both written and spoken) and interpersonal skills
Ability to "sell" the ideas and convince, presentation skills
Organization and coordination skills
Analytical and systematic thinking, planning skills
Proactivity, drive, high commitment and energy, leadership, reliability, willingness to further development, flexibility, stress resistant
Knowledge of logistics and quality matters
International mind set, overseas experience a plus
Minimum bi-lingual (English required), German/French as advantage
