KEY TASKS:
Assist the Supply Chain Manager to structurally improve the site Supply Chain performance by implementing tools, process and related KPI's in a growing project business environment to
- Improve customer OTD
- Reduce past dues
- Reduce inventories
- Reduce lead time
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement S&OP process, tools and governance
- Implement full MPS in ERP (Oracle) : production scheduling as per customer demand, manufacturing capacities and material plan. Provide short and mid-term visibility for production teams
- Deploy workload-capacity management by work center as per ERP inputs on a 12 months horizon
- Customer Demand management : order entry process, demand variation analysis as per contractual logistic protocol, order book management, change management, sales forecast
- Full Supplier Demand management to ensure components availability as per MRP requirements : monitor activity and performance from MRP Purchase Order Proposals until Delivery (PO release, PO acknowledgment, PO confirmation, OTD performance) in ERP
- Inventory management : batch size, lead time, safety stock, develop ABC classification in ERP, item parameter optimization in ERP, customer demand re-scheduling process, VMI, inventory by project, excess/slow moving analysis and coordination …
- Other duties and special projects assigned
EDUCATION/TRAINING
- Master’s degree/Engineering diploma with Supply Chain Management specialization
- APICS certification appreciated
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- 1-year experience minimum in Supply Chain
- A first experience with ERP (Oracle appreciated) in a Production Supply Chain Dept is required
LANGUAGES
- English professional proficiency written and spoken
HARD SKILLS
- Knowledge of supply chain principles from S&OP to MRP, MPS, Production Control
- Knowledge of ERP architecture and main features
- Good understanding of Master Planning principles and operating rules
- Production scheduling as per capacities and material plan
- Excellent in creating analyzes/synthesis report from ERP data which require excellent database/advanced excel knowledge
