Job description

Poste et missions:
Working with the operational deputy of our LIETUVA subsidiary (Eurovia’s turnover : 21.5 billion euros), you are taking over the manager site responsibilities. Thereby in charge of several road construction sites, you manage the preparation stage by allocating the necessary resources and defining the work implementation planning. Responsible for of the work proper achievement and of the project cost-effectiveness, you follow its progress on a technical plan as well as on the budget part.
With multitasking abilities and autonomous, you are in charge of the commercial, legal and human issues. The job combines 2 aspects a technician or a salesman.
Furthermore, you are involved in Eurovia’s management practices and innovative technical tools deployment in its subsidiary (management system, IT follow-up tools, specific products, …).
Profil:
You soon or recently graduate from an engineering school (generalist or specialized in civil engineering), you are fluent in English and ready to learn Lithuanian. Russian could be an advantage.
You would like to be part of Eurovia’s business sector and you can be interested in perspectives in Lithuania at the end of your VIE mission.
You can ideally justify for a first internship as site manager or construction supervisor assistant and for an international work experience.
