Main objectives / Mission
Collect and understand customers insights
Review competitor products
Identify opportunities for product development
Support product managers in product development
Participate in product activation


MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY / RESPONSIBILITY

Undertake customer research to understand what customers want: test new product concepts to assess acceptability for new product initiative and market appeal, collect customers satisfaction on existing products or pilots, identify areas of improvement

Review and undertake market and competition review: look at what competition do and understand their offers, produce product comparison Europcar/competitors

Identify opportunities for product development based on customer research and competition review, present findings back to product managers

Develop collateral (sales tools for internal use or marketing tools for customers) to promote the products & services working with brand department and product managers

Provide support to implement of multi-channel campaigns to support the launch of these new products & services

Provide project support for new product developments, for instance getting the data necessary to build business assumptions, business cases, etc.

Profil recherché

Previous experience
Proven interest or experience in product management or business development

Education level / certificates
Business School or equivalent

Languages
English fluent
Computer skills and software used
Excel & PowerPoint

Personal characteristics
Open-minded & team spirit
Excellent communication & writing skills and interpersonal skills
Good presentation skills
