Specialist in medical congresses, Europa Organisation is the producer of several important conferences including EuroPCR (the leading international congress on interventional cardiology), and «Les Entretiens de Bichat»... Europa Organisation has a revenue of more than 30 million Euros per year and employs over 60 people, all subsidiaries put together.
Since 2008, Europa Organisation has added to its other offerings a unique internet platform with the introduction of "Video On Demand" by which thousands of participants can follow a congress at a distance. In July 2009, this Toulouse, France based company opened its first international subsidiary in Singapore, expanding its expertise to institutions and learned societies throughout Asia. Europa Asia Organisation organised its first congress, AsiaPCR in January 2010 in Singapore.
Europa Organisation is a key player in the organisation of conferences with more than 500 organised to date. Europa Organisation is recognized for its expertise in the organisation of complex and very large meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Opening EO CHINA, the Representative Office of EUROPA GROUP in China.
Representing EUROPA GROUP in China and contributing to the development of our activities and the strength of our brand portfolio.
Missions:
Co-conceptualizing and implementing a CHINA Business Plan.
Ensuring the sustainability and the development of our operations in China.
Prospecting and identifying new business partners.
Strategizing the communication on our global Events toward a Chinese audience.
Supporting the operational execution of our Events.
Requirements:
Master in Management.
Prior experience (2 years) in Business development, Project Management or Consulting.
Prior experience in the Medical field (pharmaceutical or device company) is a plus.
Excellent communication skills.
Trilingual in English, French and Mandarin.
Other:
This position requires a 6 months Training period in Toulouse, France.
Conditions:
VIE contract (2 years)
