To enable sustainable growth, there is a need to bring business data intelligence to the local team. The purpose and objectives of this role are to make sure of the data accuracy; build standardized dashboards; deploy the BI tool across the region; train final users; participate the tool development support and analyse data coming from the BI tool.
Poste et missions:
Support the local team in business data set-up/classification/segmentation to develop more intelligence on current business
Ensure of data harmonization/consolidation to support the management decision
Ensure Super User community is complete, competent, and operating effectively
Challenge and bring insights through data analytics to the team
Create and maintain process and procedure documentation
Profil:
Solid understanding of BI logics and challenges
2 years of experience in data analytics / marketing analytics/finance /reporting
Data driven, rigorous, critical spirit. Able to influence others, to transfer knowledge.
Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills
Prior exposure to BI tool, working with virtual and multicultural teams
