Technology Consultant RPA Junior and Experienced (m/f) - People Advisory Services

For our People Advisory Services department, we are looking for a Technology Consultant RPA (m/f).

We hire for the mindset, not the skillset. You’re going to have a job that you don’t know yet, using technology we don’t have yet, solving a problem we don’t know yet.

 

Job Description:

• Leverage and liaise between HR and technology
• Build prototypes using agile and lean methodologies
• Deploy innovative solutions for HR at clients
• Take ownership and initiative for personal and professional development

Your profile:

• Have a master’s degree or just kick the door open and convince us of your awesomeness!
• 1-3 years of experience with system implementation and change management
• Fluency in at least one of the following: UI Path, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, HTML, JavaScript
• Experience and strong passion for RPA, self-driven continuous learning, integrating people and technology
• Experience with creating flowcharts in Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, yEd, draw.io, etc.
• First experience working with agile is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of English, Dutch and/or French is considered a plus
