Job description

To support the rapid expansion in our company secretarial practice, we are eager to invite candidates with a strong sense of teamwork and commitment to join our Company Secretarial Services in Hong Kong. As a Technical Assistant of Company Secretarial Services, you will provide comprehensive, quality administrative and support services for the team. Our professionals span a wide range of vital roles, from administrative support to facilities management, file management and emergency preparedness.

Responsibilities

·  Provide clerical and administrative support to the team, such as assisting professional staff in conducting research and complying with various internal procedures
·  Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications, Education and Certification

to qualify, candidates must have:
·  F. 5 or above with LCC Higher Certificate or Accounting Diploma
·  Two years of accounting experience is preferred
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
·  Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
