Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Support Services, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development, Knowledge and Risk Management.

Working with the Talent Team, you’ll help develop and execute our people strategy, which provides the programs, measures and tools that help our EY member firms' employees achieve their goals. As part of our recruitment team, you’ll build strategic relationships with leaders and other teams across our complex business. Understanding our business issues and imperatives and identifying and implementing recruitment solutions will extend your talents. A wide variety of new experiences in a dynamic environment will help you to move quickly along the career path you choose.

  

About you

 

In your role as a Campus Recruitment Senior Specialist, you’ll:
·  Assist the Campus Recruitment Lead to execute on-campus branding and marketing.
·  Develop strategic recruitment initiatives that will attract quality candidates.
·  Evaluate recruitment process to drive process improvement.
·  Manage end-to-end campus recruitment process, from job posting to offer/onboarding.
·  Manage campus recruitment events and related logistics.
·  Manage voluminous queries from candidates via phone, email or through social media.
·  Update hiring matrix and status reports on a regular basis.
·  Develop strong working relationships with key business champions and hiring managers to understand talent needs.
We’re looking for people with the following experience:
·  Diploma or Degree Qualifications.
·  At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a mass recruitment, Campus recruitment or similar HR role.
·  Experience in high volume recruitment processes and/or understanding of graduate recruitment landscape.
·  Successfully managed recruitment events/career fairs independently.
·  Solid project management and organizational skills with good sense of urgency and attention to detail.
·  Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
·  Ability to multi-task and handle conflicting priorities and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
·  High level of self-motivation and ownership.
·  Proven ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders and manage varied relationships.
