South African Inbound Immigration Supervisor

Brief description of role

 

We are seeking a talented individual to provide support to the Immigration Division in assisting with preparation and submission of work permit and permanent residence applications, billings, filing and other Immigration administrative and operational duties.

 

Key areas of accountability

 

To provide support to the senior management team by ensuring high quality service and technical excellence on large multinational accounts and assistance on other accounts where necessary. Manage a large portfolio of expats. Build impenetrable relationships with clients and Wip and debtors management. Responsible for the quality outputs of engagements by ensuring working paper files are reviewed for accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications & experience required

 

· 
B Com / LLB or relevant degree

· 
At least 3 years’ experience in Immigrations

· 
Good reasoning skills.

· 
Strong MS Word and Excel skills.

· 
Ability to conduct one on one meetings with expatriates.

· 
Ability to work independently and under pressure.

· 
Good presentation skills.

· 
Deadline driven.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
