RPA Automation Solution Architect

Job description

Good knowledge of the main RPA technologies while understanding their capabilities and constraints;
Strong technical training delivery experience by using multiple instructional methods and procedures;
Performance assessments of individuals, or organizations in order to make recommendations for future development plans or corrective actions;
Ability to convey complex or technical subject-matter in terms easy to understand for persons with no technical background;
Knowledge and experience in process mapping;
Excellent relationship management skills;
Solid organization skills;

Communicate the automation technology prerequisites and assist the project team and the client relevant stakeholders in IT environments setup, automation software installation, project SDLC compliance, testing and production cut-over;
Design well structured, reusable and easy to understand Automation scripts;
Explain to the Automation Developers the proposed architecture and oversee the automation progress through periodic and consistent reviews;
Assist the Automation Developers to understand complex requirements, test and deploy them to acceptance and production environments;
Identify potential bottlenecks, new exceptions and requirements, while providing scalable technical solutions;
Monitor the automation development progress and remain responsible for the quality of the technical deliverables (e.g. Architecture design, Automation scripts etc.);
Escalate technical issues with the Delivery Manager, Technical Lead and the assigned client responsible;
Contribute on a periodic basis to the update of best practice documents, training materials, guidelines, and other documents which detail workflows and technical designs principles, while ensuring their adherence among the development team;
Participate in pre-sales customer workshops, provide tech support to RFX process and assist the Pre-sales Manager in the preparation and delivery of pre-built client demo’s.
