Risk Management Team at EY plays an important role in managing the internal risks of the firm associated with accepting a new client or an engagement. Therefore, we are searching for candidates to join our new Anti-Money Laundering Team as part of rapidly growing Risk Management Services for all compliance related activities.

Your key responsibilities

 

The Associate in Anti-Money Laundering Team (AML) within Risk Management Services would be required to:

·  Develop comprehensive knowledge of EY global/local AML policies and be able to apply them to real situations as needed
·  Understand the key requirements of the firm and regulators’ Risk Management rules and policies
·  Use analytical, research, and project management methods and tools
·  Facilitate and drive the assigned Customer Due Diligence process to completion within agreed timelines and in accordance with regulatory guidelines
·  Manage tasks and activities in a timely manner consistent with process benchmarks
·  Become proficient in understanding and using  EY proprietary databases
·  Keep abreast of latest AML trends and compliance monitoring best practices

Skills and attributes for success

·  You should have up to 1 year of experience, preferably in research background. Fresher’s may be considered
·  Analytical thinking is one of your strong sides
·  You have a highly developed verbal and written communication in English language; another language would be an advantage
·  You are detail oriented and eager to analyze and solve complex process cases
·  You have exceptional customer service skills, including responsiveness and commitment to quality
·  You are strong and highly-motivated work ethic and ability to perform well prioritized tasks in a fast-paced environment
·  You have good working knowledge of MS office
