The opportunity:

We are looking for an Advisory Support Associate who will enhance the team efficiency and effectiveness through the performance of key project management and coordination activities.

Your key responsibilities:

· 
Upload and Organization of the client documentation

· 
Analysis and checks of consistency of the documentation

· 
Monitoring the status of projects / documentation collection and finalization

· 
Managing workflows and communication with stakeholders (clients, banks, vendors)

· 
Helpdesk (email and phone calls) with stakeholders

· 
Follow up of ticketing and troubleshooting

· 
Usage of the EY tool

Skills and attributes for success:


·  Italian language skills – very good to excellent written and verbal communication
·  English language skills – very good written and verbal communication
· 
Preferred +2 years of working experience

·  Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
·  Capability to deliver work results remotely working with team located in different countries  
· 
Back office experience and/or good digital approach are as nice to have
