About Program Management Office (PMO):
 

The overall purpose of the PMO Analyst role is to provide PMO services to the Service Delivery teams within a given functional team to ensure a high quality of service to our customers. The services focus on the financial, resource demand and project management. PMO services include the embedding of methods and processes within the service delivery teams.

The opportunity:

This is an opportunity to support our large, multi-year, enterprise-wide process transformation that will replace more than 1400 EY business systems and related processes with an integrated, SAP centric platform. Mercury Support Team (MST) is a centralized and global organization which will provide operational support for the delivered Mercury solution and support the Mercury user community. In this role you will have an ability to work with cross functional PMO teams and Service Delivery Team to understand their portfolio, business strategy, prioritization provide proactive, strategic support of Service Delivery Team.

Your key responsibilities:

In the PMO Analyst role you will spend most of your time supporting Finance and Resource Management. You will be primarily responsible for:

Monitoring and reporting on program/project financials

· 
Monitoring people and technology within the Service Delivery function

· 
Assisting with FY Plan and Outlook activities and monitoring on actual and projected spend

· 
Identifying, defining, developing and implementing improvements to project/financial reporting and monitoring processes and procedures

· 
Work with IT Global Program Management Office and cross functional PMOs to define the approach to tool requirements for delivering project/financial reporting and monitoring

Skills and attributes for success:

To qualify for the role you must have:
· 
Strong organizational skills with experience of managing processes.

· 
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment (either directly or indirectly)

· 
Very good understanding of key performance indicators relevant for the role

· 
Experience in working in a global environment and an ability to interact with different cultures

· 
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse audiences and influence multiple stakeholders

· 
Strong client-service oriented communication, documentation, analytical, and presentation skills

· 
Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job and use critical thinking and problem-solving skills

· 
Strong expertise of Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and SharePoint

· 
Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel is required, including the use of formulas, creation of pivot tables, vlookup and advanced financial functions
