Job purpose:
We are looking for Manual Testing Professional with expertise in Banking & Capital Market domains.
Your client responsibilities:
· Need to work as a team member to contribute in various technical streams of BCM projects.
· Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators
· Regular status reporting to the Manager and onsite coordinators
· Interface with the customer representatives as and when needed
· Willing to travel to the customers locations on need basis

Technical skills requirements:
· BE/B.Tech/MCA/MSc/MBA with a sound industry experience of 3 to 6 years of hands-on in software testing and quality assurance activities including functional, regression, smoke, system testing.
· Banking domain knowledge in any of the Core banking products like Temenos T24, Finale or Flexcube
· Experience in the entire Test life cycle processes, quality metrics, tools (test management tools (Quality Center/ALM etc.),
· Hands-on experience with automated testing tools would be preferable
· Experience in SDLC and agile development methodologies
· Ability to work effectively in fast paced multi-team test development
· Excellent cross-platform analysis and troubleshooting ability
· Demonstrated adaptability to rapidly adjust to changing tasks
· Excellent written & verbal communication, and analytical skills.
· Experience working in remote/virtual teams
· Knowledge of industry best practices in software development and Quality Assurance policies and practices
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Design and implement functional test plans and test cases based on system understanding and analysis of requirements
· Help with expanding the current test cases to ensure complete test coverage of the System.
· Interact with product management, project management and development teams to develop a strong understanding of the project and testing objectives
· Use existing tools and techniques to execute test cases and build/script new tools for performing testing/validation function
· Involve in Test Case reviews and update the test cases accordingly
· Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution
· Document, track and escalate issues as appropriate, using Quality Center or similar tools/means
· Act as a first escalation point for all stakeholders, including internal testing team escalation
