Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a high-calibre Staff with 4-5 years’ experience in Accounts receivables to join the MENA Tax KSA Operations team for a permanent position. The individual will be part of with MENA GCS (Global Client Services) team.

The individual will be required to work on all the automation requirement for the Business. There will be some ownership of projects and initiatives, so the ideal candidate will have experience of aligning with key business priorities and working with colleagues to drive success.

Scope of Work:

· 
Prepare the AR Follow-up Report on a weekly basis and forward to the partners and managers.

· 
Provide the Invoices in provision list, invoices moving to provision lists, details, and reports etc. to the managers on a weekly basis.

· 
Manage the receivable portfolio of managers, follow-up with the clients for payments, handle queries from the clients etc.

· 
Communicate with the managers and accountants for the expected collection dates of the invoices, collect feedbacks, remind pending queries from clients, request for client contact details etc.

· 
Co-ordinate with different departments for timely delivery of invoices, allocation of fee-notes, refunds, response for client queries etc.

· 
Handle enquiries from Partners, Managers and other stakeholders.

· 
Prepare weekly analysis of collection versus the commitments provided by the managers and accountants. Provide detailed information of the same.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

· 
Minimum 3 years’ experience with Account Receivables.

· 
Attention to detail.

· 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· 
Strong background on Accounts receivables and Fee notes process.

· 
Good understanding on EY practices, methodologies and tools.

· 
Good with numbers and financials.

· 
Proficient on MS Excel.

· 
Ability to work under pressure and according to tight deadlines.

· 
A strong team player and lateral thinker, comfortable working collaboratively, virtually and independently.

Education Qualification:

M.Com or MBA Finance
