About the opportunity

 

This role is primarily responsible for developing innovative, sustainable ways to improve the management of people, processes and systems, using your experience and knowledge to deliver greater insight and real added value to the business. This role will work closely with the BD Activation Leader and Business Development Leader (BDL) to determine the activities and actions needed to implement business development programs that grow pipeline and revenue and drive growth. This individual also plays a key role in idea generation, project management, execution and measurement of go-to-market programs and initiatives.

 

Your key duties include:

 

Reporting & Insights

·  Designing and implementing software robotics and process automation
·  Analysing, documenting and reengineering business processes in scope for automation and robotics
·  Lead team on robotics and automation projects and be responsible for project delivery
·  Bring a level of robotics knowledge to leadership and play an important role in identifying and targeting new process improvement opportunities.

 

Client Management

·  Implement market analysis and account segmentation/ prioritization for industry sector market segment.
·  Active in deployment of execution plans for go-to-market activities. Works closely with team members to identify business needs, determine target audience/ accounts, co-develop actions and timelines, and align resources
·  Participate in account management sessions with account teams.

 

About you

 

We are looking for people with the following experience:

 

·  University graduate in a relevant discipline with at least 2-4 years of relevant experience
·  Experience in robotics process automation. Familiarity with robotics software like UiPath and Blue Prism, data analytics software like Power BI, Qlik, SAS as well as possess C# knowledge
·  Experience in business process management and business process reengineering.
·  Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·  Able to motivate and develop team members.
·  Confident, independent and adaptable
