EY is seeking a Manager to lead and promote our dynamic training program, which features a wide range of accredited courses for various job functions and interests.

The opportunity

The Training Centre Manager works closely with EY’s service line leaders - organizing, maintaining and promoting accredited sessions. The Manager is involved with the course formation, marketing strategy, planning and coordination. The Manager will be responsible for the development and growth of the training activities provided by EY externally.

Your key responsibilities

 

·  Provide on-going feedback to the Managing Partner and the entire team

· 
Create and update the annual external training calendar and communicate it effectively with the partners and relevant persons

· 
Develop or assemble each training synopsis, including benefits from the course, speaker profiles and all background information to advertise the session

· 
Meet with potential attendees and large clients to promote EY, the training sessions and the speakers

· 
Write the content suitable for web, social media, email, digital and print advertising

· 
Generate ideas to improve the training centre’s branding and strategy

· 
Collect and analyse attendance data to improve turnout and generate greater interest

· 
Work closely with the EY Marketing team to promote key initiatives and events linked with the training centre

· 
Link up with the relevant institutions to receive accreditation as required

· 
Assist in the training’s logistical planning and organisation

· 
General administrative, logistical and project management duties 

Who we are looking for?

·  Fluent in both Maltese and English
· 
Prior work or knowledge from the education and training field 

· 
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting, Human Resources, Communications or equivalent

· 
Knowledge of the accounting or business profession would be considered highly advantageous

· 
Have at least 2-3 year’s experience in a sales-related post 

· 
Able to work under pressure in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment

· 
Have an excellent eye for detail and be creative

· 
Able to multitask and achieve results

· 
Have a pleasant disposition and good interpersonal and communication skills
