At the moment we are looking for a Junior   Consultant Private Client Services for our office in Antwerp or Hasselt. The Consultant Private Client Services will be actively involved in activities relating to estate planning for a large number of national and international clients (high net worth individuals & family business owners).

Your Tasks :

·  Prepare and implement (personal) tax planning in national & cross-border situations (emigration, immigration, (real estate) investments in Belgium and abroad, transfer of the seat of companies, restructuring of a family business related to the transfer of a family business to the next generation,…)
·  Prepare and implement estate planning in national & cross-border situations (gift and inheritance tax planning, philanthropic planning…)
·  Assisting in family governance projects (family charters, setting up of a family office,…)
·  Prepare resident and non-resident tax returns for family business related and high net worth individuals (income tax returns, inheritance tax returns…)
·  Assist family business related and high net worth individuals during tax audits, tax claims, etc.

Your Profile :

·  You have a degree in Law or Economical Sciences and a special degree in tax.
·  You have a profound knowledge and interest in estate planning and personal tax matters.
·  You have the ability to work autonomously but also like to work in a small team.
·  You are eager to progress and have an analytical mind.
·  You have outstanding writing skills and are a good communicator.
·  You have a good IT knowledge (Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes…)
·  You speak English fluently, you have a very good knowledge of Dutch and a good knowledge of French.
