Our clients are making significant investments on major IT programmes to enable them to compete in today’s environment.  These programmes, if not managed properly, can significantly impact our client’s ability to achieve their business objectives.  EY’s IT Risks and Assurance department helps our clients to manage these IT programme risks.

The opportunity
EY is recognised as a leading independent provider of risk advisory services, supporting organisations manage their risks, exploit opportunities and operate effectively.  IT Risk and Assurance (ITRA) sits within EY’s Risk business and forms part of a broader Advisory Services practice.

In response to strong market demand, we are looking to recruit an ITRA Professional who can work directly with clients, to help them understand and address the risks associated with the delivery of major IT-enabled programmes. The role requires experience in participation in general IT external audit engagements. This will involve interacting at a senior level with client staff, managing multiple assignments, and leading teams of EY personnel. You will be required to work on engagements in both Assurance and Advisory roles.

Your key responsibilities
·  Working across a portfolio of risk technology engagements with our clients, reporting to a Manager or Senior Manager, responsible for the day to day completion
·  Working with team members you will create high quality reports, ready for review by a Manager or Senior Manager.
·  Serving as a fieldwork leader on financial statement audit support engagements by evaluating clients’ IT control environment and developing solutions.
·  Serving as a stream leaders on business consultancy engagements in the fields of information security, risk management, IT and business continuity management.

Skills and attributes for success
We are looking for individuals with knowledge of informational security management processes, who understand approaches to risk management.
To qualify for the role you must have:
·  Graduate degree in business, accounting, finance, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related discipline
·  Approximately 2 years of related work experience
·  Experience working as an IT/Information security auditor or IT/Information security risk adviser for a professional services firm, or within industry
·  Hands-on experience of operating systems, DBMS or networks administration
·  Strong written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills
·  Good command of spoken and written English, Ukrainian and Russian
·  Leadership, teamwork and client service skills
·  Demonstrated integrity within a professional environment
·  Project management skills
  Ideally, you’ll also have
·  Significant experience in applying relevant technical knowledge in at least one of the following engagements: (a) financial statement audits; (b) internal or operational audits; (c) ISMS implementation/audit; (d) business continuity management implementation; and/or (e) ERP security and control reviews (Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft)
·  Demonstrated experience auditing general computer controls and IT control testing of applications, operating systems, and databases.
·  Knowledge of ISO 27001, COBIT, ITIL
·  CISA, CISSP, CISM, CGEIT, CRISC, ISO 27001 LA/LI professional certifications
