IT Application Support Specialist (CDI)

 We are currently looking to recruit an:

IT Application Support Specialist (CDI)

Your responsibilities:

• You provide ongoing support to our internal Applications (Level 2 and 3)

• You find solutions to problems with regards to IT applications

• You provide IT support for audio/video conference/Multimedia

 

 

Your profile:

• You hold a university degree or similar in IT

• You are fluent in English, French or German is an asset

• You have at least one year experience in IT support. 

• You demonstrate excellent troubleshooting skills,  ITIL methodology  knowledge is an asset.

• You have a proven knowledge in: Window OS, SQL, IIS, VBA, PowerShell.

• You demonstrate a good understanding of IT communication systems: mail, internet and collaboration platform

• Knowledge in web development is an asset (HTML, C#, JavaScript)

• Lotus notes experience is an asset

• You are stress resilient, flexible, have team spirit and solution oriented

• You are curious, passionate for IT and self-learner
