Full job title: IT Advisor, Performance Improvement, Technology Consulting (Infrastructure & Service Resiliency) (Manager)(Multiple Positions)

Help clients harmonize business resiliency, infrastructure technical strategy and architecture around availability, performance, agility, interoperability, optimization, security, and compliance. Provide business resiliency services, including business continuity planning, crisis management, and impact analysis that enable organizations to prepare for disaster events. Deliver technology solutions for all aspects of data center modernization, including servers, storage, end-user computing, disaster recovery and cloud based infrastructure services. Deliver technology solutions involved in securely connecting businesses and systems, including enterprise networks, mobility solutions, collaboration suites, core foundational and security infrastructure and emerging solutions, such as internet of things (IoT) and software defined networks. Play a pivotal role in enabling clients to secure and improve their IT infrastructure, dealing with its most critical infrastructure projects, ranging from helping organizations recover from ransomware attacks, architecting state of the art data centers, and designing next generation networks to enhancing system resilience for our clients’ mission critical systems.

Provide subject matter expertise, combined with hands-on work experience. Solve client issues by drawing up solution scenarios that are supported with cost estimates, timelines, and action plans to resolve the situation. Develop contractual scope for client. Manage conflicts and collaborate to work with teams towards achieving results. Provide thought leadership in developing white papers and point-of-views in areas of expertise.

Provide leadership to employees, and manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate advisory and/or consulting experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field and 4 years of advisory and/or consulting experience

Must have 4 years of technical experience in one of the following Infrastructure and Service Resiliency focus areas: 1) Business continuity management; 2) Disaster recovery – data center and cloud infrastructure services; or 3) Connected Business Services, with 2 years of experience in a secondary area.

Must have 4 years of experience managing solution architects or systems engineers leads in building or implementing technical infrastructure

Must have 4 years of experience managing complex, transformational project delivery in areas including business resiliency, data center consolidation, disaster recovery, cloud migrations, and network transformation

Must have 3 years of experience implementing or managing IT infrastructure services

Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing engagements, enabling business development and working on professional services or consulting engagements

Must have 2 years of experience dealing with client issues and solving them by drawing up solution scenarios that are supported with cost estimates, timelines, and action plans to resolve the situation

Must have 1 year of experience in developing contractual scope for client contracts and analyzing revenue generation in professional services engagements, including billing rates and margins

Travel required up to 80%, to serve client needs
