Full job title:IT Advisor, Performance Improvement, IT Advisory (Oracle – Business Intelligence & Data) (Manager)(Multiple Positions)

Advise and perform implementation for clients on Information Technology solutions to bridge the gap between business and IT. Focus on providing one stop solutions for end-to-end project implementation enabled by Oracle products. Advise on the strategy, requirements, design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle for business solutions. Analyze client requirements, procedures, and problems to develop the right solution for business, while leveraging the capabilities of Oracle products. Use company specific proven methodologies, tools and accelerators to support program implementation. Incorporate a collaborative working style to leverage business-led, process-based and technology enabled eco-system. Follow a tailored implementation process that brings proven methodologies to support planning and technical integration efforts. Develop tools to manage identity and access effectively and efficiently. Provide service offerings covering program management, assessment and reviews, data management capabilities, and/or end-to-end application development lifecycle. Capture key data and develop management and operational reports to provide effective performance monitoring and decision-making.  Independently drive work streams on an implementation lifecycle with oversight from leadership. Manage client expectations on scope and delivery items as associated to contractual agreements. Understand project risks and mitigate as applicable. Identify, monitor and determine resolution plans for relevant system, business or infrastructure issues. Develop and maintain solution offerings to be leveraged across the practice to increase delivery efficiency.

Manage quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks with clients. Cultivate business development opportunities with existing client relationships.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, Finance or Operations or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate advisory and/or consulting work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, Finance or Operations or a related field and 4 years of advisory and/or consulting work experience.

Must have 4 years of experience in providing advisory services in the strategy, design, configuration, and implementation of end-to-end solutions in Oracle.

Must have 4 years of experience in Oracle specific data warehouse architecture and design, business intelligence implementation or data integration design and build.

Must have 2 years of project management experience, including scope, timing, resource allocation and performance.

Must have 2 years of experience in translating business requirements into IT solutions, including gathering business and technical requirements, solution design and build, testing, and solution deployment.

Requires travel up to 80%, of which 20% may be international, to serve client needs.
