Full job title: IT Advisor, IT Advisory, Performance Improvement, (SAP – HCM SuccessFactors) (Manager)(Multiple Positions)

Advise clients on Information Technology solutions to bridge the gap between business and IT. Focus on providing one stop solutions for end-to-end project implementation enabled by SAP products. Advise on the strategy, design, configuration, and implementation of SAP for Enterprise Resource Planning and cloud-based HCM packages. Analyze client requirements, procedures, and problems to develop the right solution for business, while leveraging the capabilities of SAP products. Use proven methodologies, tools and accelerators to support program implementation. Incorporate a collaborative working style to leverage business-led, process-based and technology enabled eco-system. Follow a standard implementation process that brings proven methodologies to support planning and technical integration efforts. Develop tools to manage identity and access effectively and efficiently. Provide service offerings covering program management, assessment and reviews, data management capabilities, and/or end-to-end application development lifecycle.

Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, Finance, Operations or a related field and 5 years of advisory and/or consulting work experience. Employer will accept a 3 or 4 year degree. Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, Finance, Operations or a related field and 4 years of advisory and/or consulting work experience.

Must have 4 years of experience in providing advisory services in the strategy, design, configuration, and implementation of end-to-end solutions in SAP.

Must have 4 years of in-depth functional and technical experience with SuccessFactors and SAP HCM

Must have 4 years of experience at least 3 of the following: SAP HCM OM and PA, SAP ABAP, SAP HCI, Dell Boomi and Success Factors Employee Central

Must have 4 years of experience in on premise and cloud-based HCM

Must have 1 year of experience in translating business requirements into IT solutions, including gathering business and technical requirements, solution design and build, testing, and solution deployment.

Must have 1 year of project management experience, including scope, timing, resource allocation and performance.

Requires travel up to 80%, of which 20% may be international, to serve client needs.
