The EY Global Compensation Services (GCS) and Assignment Services (AS) teams in Mannheim provide and manage services for multinational companies who send employees to work and live in another country. For various clients, GCS focuses on delivering effective compensation management and AS designs and operates appropriate global mobility programs .You will take on a wide variety of tasks:

· 
Coordinating EY compliance servicesand 3rd party providers; providing advisory support

· 
Daily operations and ongoing project work including preparation of presentations and invoices

· 
Helping to identify and solve issues in cooperation with our team members

· 
Supporting our consultants to provide all deliverables to the clients in line with strict KPIs/SLAs

What you can contribute – skills for shaping the future
·  Academics and/ or strong interest in International Business, Economics, Tax or Technology
·  Ability to work within strict deadlines, attention to detail with strong numerical, technology (including MS Excel and Power Point) and analytical skills
·  Customer oriented focus with great communication skills
·  Critical mind-set with constructive and proactive problem solving attitude, willingness to work with large quantities of data
·  Fluent  German and English languages are preferred
