Job description

As part of IT you may be responsible for large strategic enterprise application development, enterprise security, business intelligence, cloud and data center services, as well as other technology products.  IT plans, develops and manages all technology used in EY to enhance service delivery, drive revenue growth and profitability and strengthen our competitive advantage as the most globally integrated organization in professional services.

 

Major responsibilities:

 

Perform daily on-site support. Detailed description below:

Operations - Customer Support:
·  Identify, track and maintain PCs, printers, wireless dongles, smartphones and other hardware on a regular basis.
·  Maintain PCs inventory and handle all disposal process
·  Work with procurement and project team for all IT procurement
·  Work with telephony team to setup telephone for new starters
·  Prepare desktops and laptops for starters and leavers.
·  Support local Video/Audio conference equipment.
·  Assist 3rd Level Support teams when required.
·  Remote office help.
·  Conduct training (induction) for new staff members.
·  Host a Demo session to internal staff for IT technology
 

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
·  Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
·  Advance knowledge of ticketing systems (ServiceNow)
·  Basic Microsoft Windows Systems and Office
·  Familiar with Apple iOS and Android devices
·  Sound familiar with instant messaging tools like Skype, Wechat and Whatsapp.
·  Experience on Video conference and Audio conference support
·  Good command of English and Cantonese. Mandarin is an advantage
·  Fresh graduate will also be considered
