The opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is wishing to pursue a career in HR. As an HR Generalist you would be responsible for different HR projects related to recruiting, trainings organization & coordination, benefits programs, HR administration and other various HR projects.

 

 

 

Your key responsibilities

 

• Responsible for people development and training processes in cooperation with SLs and region
• Keeps the track of all L&D activities (learning strategy, planning & stakeholder management; define, design, deploy & measure learning; learning administration)
• Creates Learning course deployment plans and budgets and manages the end-to-end execution
• Sources facilitators for Learning courses and ensures they are adequately prepared for course delivery
• Provides oversight of Learning administration activities and reports on course feedback
• Suggests and conducts new trainings as per internal needs
• Develops and implements all process improvements and analyses in cooperation with relevant SL
• Organizes student internship programs and maintains relationship with relevant universities/organizations
• Develops and implements all HR employer branding activities
• Proposes and organizes special events (Internal events for employees and job fairs)
• Responsible for performance appraisal process
• Keeps track and organizes all HR meetings (CFM, CC’s, OWM etc.)
• Provides on-boarding and off-boarding trainings and drives implementation of new processes
• Maintains clear and efficient administrative processes for specific HR activities (recruiting, performance review system, trainings and people development processes etc.)
• Regular reporting of HR related activities and being part of planning and forecasting process
• Provide personnel policy and procedure guidance to employees and management
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state employment law and compliance requirements
• Maintain employee personnel records
• Coordinate open enrollments, changes, and training for employee benefits programs
• Respond to human resources-related inquiries
• Assist with payroll processing
• Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or company policies
• Administer new employee on-boarding and orientation
• Develop and maintain talent management processes
• Monitor employee morale and company culture
• Collaborate with the human resources team to develop effective recruitment strategies
• Identify future staffing needs
• Supports and participates in recruitment processes - reviewing and shortlisting applicants, conducting interviews, preparing job offers
• All other tasks assigned by direct manager

 

To qualify for the role you must have

• University degree in social sciences (psychology, human resources management or similar)
• 3+ years of working experience in HR department
• English and Croatian language skills - excellent written and verbal communication
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Innovative and proactive approach
• Ability to work effectively in fast paced, multitasking environment and to work well under pressure
• Team spirit and positive, flexible approach
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Driver's license B category
