·  Develop IBM Watson Assistantin line with Business requirements
·  Support the implementationof IBM Watson services
·  Facilitate requirementsgathering workshops with stakeholders
·  Project management of newcontent creation in IBM Watson Assistant
·  Manage testing cycles of newcontent
·  Work across teams such as EYTechnology and content management to implement new solutions
·  Contribute to the design ofnew methodologies and process within the Conversational AI team
·  Create and deliver trainingcontent
·  Support the creation anddelivery of regular progress updates, identifying and escalating potentialrisks and issue
·  Support delivery of projects
·  Support the engagement ofstakeholders, building relationships
·  Work effectively with crossborder teams in a virtual environment
·  Work with internalresources, third parties and vendors to successfully delivery projects tasks

Skills Requirement

 

·  1-2 years' experience withIBM Watson Assistant
·  1-2 years' experience withIBM Watson Services
·  IBM Watson Conversationtrained
·  Global travel may berequired pending business needs
·  Due to the global nature ofthe role there may be a need to work outside of normal business hours toaccommodate calls and meetings across time zones.
Proficient in using business English
