Your key responsibilities

As Payroll Operate Service Staff, you will be responsible for the end to end payroll processing for multiple clients including year-end. You will be spending most of your time maintaining payroll information by collecting and entering/uploading data and updating payroll records. We’ll look to you for maintaining employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential. You will be contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Skills and attributes to success

· 

Updating payroll records by entering changes in components (e.g. but not limited exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job titles and department/division transfers)

· 
Preparing/extracting payroll reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages

· 
Determining payroll liabilities by calculating employee federal and state income and social security taxes and other statutory payments as required

· 
Resolving payroll discrepancies/queries by collecting and analyzing information

· 
Analyses payroll information so as to answer questions and requests

· 
Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes

· 
Adhoc reporting and other duties as required

To qualify for the role, you must have:

· 

Bachelor’s degree, preferably with Accounting or Psychology course

· 
1 – 2 years of experience of full end to end payroll processing experience across Oceania and ASEAN (Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam)

· 
Previous payroll experience in high volume, full function payroll

· 
General Math and Data Entry Skills

· 
Strong communications skills, written and verbal

· 
A respect for confidentiality

Ideally, you must have:

· 

Good team-playing skills

· 
Clear and logical thinking and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, thoroughness

· 
Payroll related diploma/certificate will be advantageous, but not necessary

· 
Multi-tasking and organizational skills

· 
Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple deadlines

· 
Experience using large ERP system will be advantageous but not essential

· 
Intermediated to advanced Excel skills
