EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) consists of various service delivery centers from which Client Service and Enablement Services teams operate to deliver strategic support to EY member firms. GDS spans all geographies, practices, services lines, sectors and competencies within EY to deliver deeply-integrated services that result in efficient and world-class solutions. The position in discussion is with the Pursuits Enablement sub function in EY GDS. The GDS Pursuits Enablement serves as an extension to the onshore Pursuit teams who are involved in the direct Bid Management Processes. The Pursuits Enablement team supports the onshore teams in a number of opportunities, adding more value during the pursuit process or the bid management cycle.

The Supervising Associate would neeed to manage the team; assign the projects to SPOC and would be responsible for relationship management, people management, monthly reporting. He/she would be responsible for managing the content for proposal/pursuit deliverables, CVs and team books, administrative and other support duties for other members of the team.
·  Leadership/administration
·  Team leader, responsible for goal setting and review of team members; input for other team members in area of Creative Services and Business Support
·  Leads team members and assigns all projects, monitors delivery
·  Relationship management with Americas/APAC and Sub-Area pursuit contacts
·  Liaises with other team leaders in Creative Services and Business Support to input information for performance of other members of the team
·  Demonstrates a connectedness with and understanding of other GDS teams in order to bring solutions in cases of out of scope requests
·  Works with shift leaders on improving processes, training and other concepts for the team
·  Assist with reporting and quality control procedures

Responsibilities, Qualifications, Certifications
Pursuit management and proposal development
·  Contribute to the execution of the pursuit methodology and support in the development of research packs, stakeholder profiles, credentials, market share data, competitor analysis, etc., during pre-RFP and proposal development stages
·  Source information from relevant internal sources and teams etc., collate and review information logically, producing high quality outputs using standard templates in a timely manner
·  Set and drive a project management plan throughout the bid (pursuit) cycle with critical milestones, coordinating with the onshore teams
·  Support in the development of draft proposal sections based on RFP/proposal requirement that are client-focused and innovative
·  Assist the onshore team in bid management activities including development of kick-off documents, CV collation for team book, orals preparation materials and review of client presentations
·  Liaise with other internal teams and design teams in the development and production of client collaterals such as storyboards, placemats, proposals and internal presentations
·  Act as the central point of contact in managing the end-to-end process: evaluating requirements, organizing meetings, preparing meeting notes, finalizing timelines and accountabilities as per deadlines
·  Establish and maintain clear and transparent communication with stakeholders building productive relationships; adhering to agreed timelines for deliverables and meeting expected quality benchmarks
·  Oversee the quality review process, provide direction and coordinate support services, as required/as appropriate
·  Exhibit innovative thinking and flexible approach while managing out-of-scope requests
·  Support the team in maintaining the repository of the recent client presentations, RFI / RFP responses, marketing collateral, etc.

·  Interact effectively and maintain good rapport among a diverse group of team members, customers and colleagues, demonstrating tact and diplomacy
·  Demonstrate excellent customer service skills including telephone, skype and e-mail support
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
·  Interact directly with the clients to capture first level requirements for the projects received through the work flow management tool, if required and create work requests in the tool. Also, manage and process work requests coming from other sources (e-mail, skype).
·  Effectively handle routine tasks including follow-up and respond appropriately to unexpected situations, communicating the concerns to Pursuits Enablement leadership as and when required.
·  Strong analytical skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines which are essential for a fast-paced environment.
·  Demonstrate best work practices within department and among other teams.
·  Monitor and review the standard electronic file management and archiving
Technical skills:
·  Prior experience in pursuits/pre-sales/bid management, project management
·  Expertise in MS Office, specifically in PowerPoint, Word and Excel; Outlook
·  Exposure to SharePoint desirable
·  Understanding of business development processes and methodologies

Job Requirements:
·  Education: MBA (International Business/ Marketing)
·  Experience: Approximately 3+ years of related experience in pursuits and proposal responses. Should have established people management skills.
·  Communication skills: Excellent written and oral communication skill in English is essential as the role requires direct communication with international team members and clients.
