BA TAX Experience Management

(experienced Staff/Associate/Sr associate)

Would you like to join BA TAX Operations?

As TAX Experience Manager you will lead the staffing functions for one or more BA TAX Sub Service Lines. You will work very closely with TAX Leaders (local and global) providing guidance on the utilization of Buenos Aires resources. You will assign projects to TAX team members cross ranks to meet practice and firm’s strategic plan while exposing individuals to career growth. You'll receive minimal supervision on a day-to-day basis and work independently setting appropriate priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Talent pool management: Actively manage capacity and proactively identify project open needs and connection with available resources to support deployment.  
·  Resource optimization : Highlight capacity to business leaders and contribute to optimize performance.Support fiscal year planning/forecasting and analysis against financial plan.Proactively identify and address scheduling issues and identify opportunities to improve performance.
·  Stakeholder & key relationship management : responsible for building solid relationships with and across Sub Service Lines, EM Teams and talent pool leaders.Continuous communication with Global Experience Management Teams and EM Leadership (GDS India, US and other onshore leads) across TAX.
·  Experience management : Promote career growth through project assignment.
·  Staffing decisions: based on engagement risk, specialization, timing constraints, realignments and geographic considerations,
·  Continuous Headcount Analysis : Identify over-and under-utilized personnel and re-allocate resources to address any imbalance. Communicate regularly to Experience Management Leaders on relevant activities and issues.
·  Talent development : Lead EM training sessions. Build individual capability and personal brand with the right learning, coaching & experiences.
·  Continuous improvement : Design, communicate and implement new procedures that adapt to changing business needs. Identify process improvements in orderto increase efficiencies (time/effort savings).  
·  Resources sharing network with other teams across sub-areas and service lines to address resource needs and facilitate BA support based on capacity and specific requirements.

Qualification and Experience:

·  Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (2-5 years)
·  Strong English communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills
·  Personal leadership, accountability and organization skills
·  Ability to design training material & new processes and comfortable leading training sessions to large audience
·  Global mindset and a positive, enthusiastic attitude with strong personal integrity
